Technical Support Options

As a customer of Think3, we want to ensure you can access our help when you need it.
We offer three support options for you:

  1. Support Ticket
    – This is the preferred option, with the fastest response
    – Please complete the for “Option 1 – Create a Support Ticket” below
    – No charge for customers, response via email

  2. Phone Support
    – Please use the “Option 2 – Schedule Support Call” option below so we can be available to help you
    – Short calls up to 15 minutes are no charge for customers
    – Extended calls over 15 minutes are charged at our standard hourly rate of $175+GST/hr

  3. Visit to your School
    – Please complete the form “Option 3 – Request Onsite Visit” below
    – From minimum 4 hours onsite, charged at our standard hourly rate of $175+GST/hr
